Talent Development Trends
As organizations and their workforces focus on growth and forward progress this year, their learning and talent development functions are at the center of this important work.

They are investigating the skills and capabilities that are critical for managers to lead effectively today and tomorrow, and looking at new technologies that will propel their talent development functions into the future.
During this presentation, Jennifer Homer, Vice President at the Association for Talent Development (ATD), will share data from new ATD Research reports and facilitate discussion to understand:
- How organizations are investing in employee learning and development
- Best practices in new manager training
- The use of AI in talent development
- The future of immersive learning tools like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR)
