Measuring Training Results: This is How We Did It! - CCCE Event

If you're like us, you're probably hungry to see how other L&D professionals measure their training results. In this session we're not just going to just talk about the importance of measuring training impact, we're going to share how we actually did it!

We will show you how we delivered virtual soft skills training during the pandemic. More importantly, we will share the evaluation strategy we used and the how the results clearly demonstrated behavioural changes (Level 3) and organizational impact (Level 4). We want you to leave our session with concrete ideas of how you can evaluate the success of your training programs.

Paul & Mary are seasoned learning professionals who spent many years working together at ivari, a Toronto-based life insurance company, where Mary still resides as a Learning Consultant. Paul is the new manager of L&D at the Perseus Group.  They both have extensive experience designing and developing training, managing learning programs and partners, supporting enterprise-wide projects and consulting with colleagues around developmental needs.  Their dual passion for learning and innovative approach to achieving tangible outcomes will surely inspire you.
