Speaker Biographies
Alex Shipley (she/her), Senior Manager – Executive iLEAD - Alex is a learning professional at Scotiabank, a financial institution that prides itself in being a results and customer focus company. She leads the development and execution of executive leadership programs for the 700+ executives at the bank. Alex holds a Bachelor of Management and Organization Studies, and a certificate in Adult Education.
Jennifer McRae (she/her), Senior Manager – iLEAD Leadership Development - Jennifer leads the development and delivery of the Bank’s global leadership development programs. An experienced educator who has worked across age levels and geographies, Jennifer consistently approaches L&D initiatives through the lens of the learner experience. Jennifer holds an M.Ed in Curriculum & Instruction and a certificate in Adult Education.
