Event Description
Too often organisations purchase new L&D technologies in hopes they will build a learning culture. While there are many powerful tools in the marketplace, a failure to transform will render any platform obsolete. In this session Lori Niles-Hofmann will discuss how to think beyond platforms and implement a new target operating model for learning professionals to be proactive to needs, explore exactly how to go from courses to resources, and methods to manage stakeholders along the transformation.
