Event Description:
Have you ever faced what seems impossible: delivering a project on time and on budget for a client who doesn't even know what they need? Now, picture this—you're in Africa, meeting this client for the first time, and you have just 24 hours to figure it out. What would you do?
Join us for a dynamic case-study session where you will work at an accelerated pace to determine how to validate the client's needs and create a solution within the 24-hour time frame. This session will challenge you to blend the ADDIE model with Agile principles, adapted from IT project management, to develop a flexible, client-centered solution. You will also discover the advantages of using daily evaluations to continually refine your solution to better address the client’s learning needs.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
- Describe how to apply the ADDIE model within a compressed timeline
- Identify Agile principles that can be used in any learning environment
To accommodate people with allergies to perfume the CCCE asks that attendees arrive scent-free.
