Event Description

Join the speaker in a conversation that will reveal the path followed at Rogers to develop our learning bots. He’ll also share how these solutions set the stage for their next-gen virtual assistants (VAs) powered by Large Language Models. Thanks to these efforts, they have today two powerful solutions: one that helps new employees seamlessly find the information they need through their onboarding; and another one, that helps our L&D experts to remember everything they need to create learning assets. VAs have the potential of unleashing people’s creativity and eliminating many of the obstacles that get in the way of productivity and fun at work.

No matter where you are in the journey of creating your own AI solutions, this session will spark your ideas on how to use AI platforms to enhance your L&D function.
