Speaker Biography

Jas Sidhu was the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Learning Strategy at TD Bank Group (TD), where she led the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives. Now retired, Jas brings more than 20 years of experience across both the telecommunications and financial services sectors.

In her role, Jas provided strategic leadership for long-term learning strategies, ensuring that training and development programs aligned with TD’s business priorities, talent management objectives, and large-scale organizational transformation efforts. She led a team of Learning Solution Architects, managed key vendor partnerships, and ensured that learning interventions delivered measurable improvements in workforce capability, performance, and growth.
