In this demanding world of ‘never-been-done-before’, we’re constantly asking our brains to 'think differently'. While we might be willing, most of us have no idea HOW to do it. What if our brains are essentially getting in the way of our ability to take risks and push the innovation envelope. And what the heck IS creativity anyway?
In this session we'll demystify the concepts of creativity and innovation and how your brain is designed to shrink from it (even if you think you’re ‘open- minded). But fear not – you’ll also learn how to face down your brain beast, discover your personal problem-solving style through our ThinkStyle(™) assessment, and unlock the ability to look at unique ideas with the fresh and juicy perspective necessary to win the attention game.
- Discover what your own tolerance or intolerance for new thinking is
- Learn why seeing the new and different triggers the ‘rejection zone’ in the brain
- Techniques to outsmart the brain and happily move into game-changing new creative territory
- Discover your ThinkStyle and receive a customized 7 page assessment report
