Michael Bach, CCDP/AP, Founder and CEO, Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion
Michael is internationally recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the fields of diversity, inclusion and employment equity, bringing a vast knowledge of leading practices in a live setting to his work. He has deep experience in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, training and development, research, solution development and execution, employee engagement, data analytics, measurement and diversity scorecards, targeted recruiting strategies, marketing and communications, Employee Resource Groups, Diversity Councils, and diversity related legislation (Employment Equity Act, AODA, etc.) among other skills and experiences.
Anna Dewar Gully, Co-founder and co-CEO of Tidal Equality
Anna is an organizational strategist and equality advocate. Co-CEO of Tidal Equality, an equality-focused strategy firm at the intersection between social change and diversity and inclusion, Anna works with leading organizations, institutions, and communities to build equality, differently. Passionate about elevating the voices of those who experience discrimination, Anna connects the dots between equality initiatives and strategy and solves the inequality problems that hold people and organizations back. With 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide strategy, organizational change, and building equality by-design, Anna and the Tidal Equality team are joyfully pursuing a world in which equality is the new status quo. Sandeep Tatla, Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader
Sandeep most recently served as the Global Head of Diversity Inclusion for Manulife where she was responsible for the design and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy across its global operations. She worked closely with senior leaders to align D&I to business strategy and drive greater accountability and drive change across the organization approach to talent, customers and community relationships.
Prior to joining Manulife, Sandeep served as Chief Diversity Officer for the Ontario College of Trades and she was the Director of PwC’s Office of Inclusion.
