Speaker Biographies
Natasha Kassim, Director, Global Diversity & Inclusion - Natasha believes we should all strive to be our authentic selves, both inside and outside of work. She brings the benefits of mindful living to the work that she does in advancing a culture of inclusion & belonging at RBC where everyone can feel valued, respected, safe, and empowered to grow. With over 35 years at RBC, she has pursued a varied career path that has greatly contributed to ongoing learning and growth.
Anthony Paventi, Product Manager, D&I Learning - Anthony is the new Product Manager for D&I Learning. He is passionate about digital accessibility and user experience design. He has extensive experience in learning, as a facilitator, developer and designer.
