How do you know the learning you offer is having an impact?

We all want to demonstrate tangible value and impact. But how do we build the infrastructure and gather the data to show impact? Learning measurement is rarely a one-size-fits-all effort. Yet, no matter where you are on your measurement journey, we can learn from each other!  During our time together, we will share some of what we have tried (and are trying) at BMO, and encourage you to share your successes, challenges, tips, and good practices.

Join us for a lively discussion of our measurement wish lists as we learn and innovate together.

Speaker Biographies

Armig Adourian, Program Manager-Compliance Learning and Governance, BMO IFL,  is a people-oriented, curious, creative, solution-driven professional with an abiding interest in understanding how we learn at work. With BMO since 2011, Armig has enjoyed her roles as strategy consultant focused on market and competitive intelligence (within technology and operations), senior manager focused on category management (in the procurement space), and knowledge manager (in legal and regulatory compliance). During her Master of Education program, Armig began to explore the concept of bringing your whole self to work and continues to dig in to this topic in her PhD program. Elaine G. Jones, Senior Manager—Compliance Learning and Governance, BMO IFL has a passion for helping people learn and grow for their current role, career path, and personal interests. With BMO since 1995, Elaine’s career history is divided between her time in the retail branch network, and learning and development. Her team’s current portfolio includes Ethics, Legal & Compliance Training, U.S. Compliance Training, learning measurement and governance, and BMO’s informal learning experience platform (BMO U). Elaine’s degree programs in Finance and Organizational Leadership help her balance the ‘business’ and ‘people’ aspects of working at BMO.

If you want to engage Elaine in a lively discussion, ask her about her family, travel, or rugby!
