Who will you be in 2033?” This question might be something you ask yourself from time to time. Or, if you're like most people, it's not something you think about much at all. You're in L&D and you worry about building the knowledge and skills of other people, right? That might be part of it. But cognitively, we are not wired to think very far into the future. So what can you do to take control of what's next? This session will help you to consider questions about what you are doing to prepare yourself for the skills of your future, to consider what your role in L&D might be in two years, five years and beyond. You will learn two specific techniques to help you think like a futurist and then guide what happens next.
