ABOUT THE SESSION
Why do we need to rethink how we design learning? Because our learners are asking us to!
While traditional learning formats serve a purpose, the rise of informal learning has permeated the L&D industry. At BMO Financial Group’s Corporate University, we are advancing performance and responding to the modern learner by leveraging our human performance continuum as the foundation for designing learning experiences – both formal and informal. Join us to learn about:
- Our shift from instructional design to experience design
- Our human performance continuum: what it is and how it works
- How we have adapted our learning design methods to deliver a wide range of experiences, and how you can too!
