When the pandemic began in March of 2020, many of us started working from home for the first time. As we adapted to a remote environment, we developed new workplace habits.

As pandemic restrictions lift, we’re again experiencing a shift as many workplaces move towards hybrid models. Such change provokes a wide range of employee emotions - some may be itching to return to the office while others might be content in their new remote setting.

Speaker Biographies

Alice Brower Bio: Alice is a behavioral scientist at Fabulous who leverages academic literature and in-app testing to support members in making lasting behavior change. Before Fabulous, Alice was a researcher at RTI International, contributing to numerous publications guiding evidence-based policy decisions. At her core, Alice loves harnessing the power of statistics to improve lives. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Highest Honors in Economics. While she's a Tarheel born and bred, she now lives in France and spends her free time kiteboarding.

Anne Tessier-Chênebeau, Enterprise Managing Director has spent almost two decades in the tech industry, holding executive sales and general management positions. Anne started her career in governmental and diplomatic institutions and soon transitioned to executive roles in tech companies such as ATOS, Linedata and Synertrade. She is inspired by supporting clients’ global transformation strategy, coaching her teams to make them grow and boosting the collective energy of value creation, well-being, performance and engagement. Based on this passion, she naturally joined Fabulous as Managing Director for Enterprise. Anne is also a breathwork and meditation coach who loves helping people and organizations reveal their full potential to thrive.
