What does a great learning program look like? This practical session focuses on examples and the approach you can replicate to ensure you design and deliver high-quality and high-impact programs. We’ll also showcase “The Canada Life Mindset”, a 3-hour virtual workshop that won the 2022 Designing Learning Experiences Award. This learning solution consists of a live workshop, pre- and post-work, an online learner community, and covers growth, inclusive, agile, and enterprise mindsets.

We’ll take a deep dive into:

· The process and approach to create strong learning and performance solutions

· Resources and planning you need to create strong solutions

· Showcasing program examples, tools and technology used in design, development, and implementation

· The process and approach to writing a submission for the industry awards

Dorota Langner (she/her/hers), Instructional Designer at Canada Life

Dorota is a passionate learning and performance professional, I4PL Toronto chapter committee member, and an L&D mentor. She designed the program at Canada Life that won the I4PL 2022 Award of Excellence in Designing Learning Experiences. Dorota creates enterprise-wide learning and performance solutions, supporting all 11,000 employees and leaders at Canada Life. She worked across various industries and countries, delivering impactful and relevant programs with the focus on learners and business problems.
