With a keen focus on empowering others with knowledge, Chelsey Is passionate about helping others think about organizational capabilities In sometimes new ways and facilitating those discussions to create an agent of change or forward motion as we continue to navigate an ever changing world, corporately and personally.

Chelsey has previously spoken on Women In Leadership, has served on the Field Advisory board at Skillsoft, Is an active member of the Certified Professionals In Human Resources - New Brunswick chapter. She has previously served on the board of CPHR NB as a Director at Large and the planning committee for their annual conference as well. She has daily coached her team on all current topics In business like gender parity, the Impact of technology and continued globalization has on culture, talent and business strategy and how they can use this Information to dynamically serve customers like all of you.

When Chelsey Is not active on a MSTeams call or coaching a team member, you can find her on adventures in nature with her two young children, reading, or walking her dog on the East Coast of New Brunswick, Canada!
