Nicole Jensen, Vice President, Learning & Development at CI Financial
As Vice President, Learning & Development, Nicole partners with CI Financial’s executives, senior business leads, and subsidiaries to enhance the employee experience through both people engagement initiatives as well as programming for skills and capabilities development. CI Financial is an independent and Canadian-owned diversified wealth management firm, and one of the country’s largest investment companies. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nicole is an innovative learning leader and seasoned mentor. She has a passion for driving collaboration, communication, and growth in the workplace. Her past leadership experience also includes accountability for service, sales support, and recruiting functions, as well as the build-out of a corporate learning and development department from the ground up. Nicole is a Certified Human Resources Leader, a member of the CI Financial Women’s Mentoring Program Committee, and co-chair of the CI Financial Women’s Mentee Alumni Program. In her spare time, Nicole loves to travel and go camping, taking her dog, Milton, along wherever possible.

As a young professional with 4 years of experience in the learning industry, Mandy has found herself diving into the learning world head first. In her spare time, Mandy researches new and innovative learning tools that align with corporate values. Her passion for life-long learning drives her to think of creative learning solutions, that can withstand industry changes and make learning exciting. Mandy has a certificate in Adult Learning & Development, and is in the process of completing a certificate in Learning Experience Design. In her spare time, Mandy loves tending to her fur and plant babies, travelling and cooking!
