As the pace of organizational change accelerates, learning professionals are being called into a new kind of leadership that blends strategic foresight with deeply human‑centred practice. Our upcoming CCCE In‑Person Social invites you to step back from the day‑to‑day and reconnect with the purpose, presence, and perspective that fuel meaningful learning work.
Join us in person for our CCCE In Person Social - Re-Centring Learning: Building Human‑Centred Ecosystems for a Changing World on Thursday, May 14 from 5:15 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. EDT at BDO, 222 Bay St., Toronto, ON M5K 1H6, Canada - 22nd floor.
This special session brings together two powerful lenses:
The Learning Economy
Gwen Mdinaradze, Founder of EdBridge and practitioner scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, will explore how learning is shifting from a support function to a core economic engine inside organizations. She will unpack what this means for capability building, performance, and the systems we design, and how L&D practitioners can architect ecosystems that truly move the needle.
A Return to Centre
Keka DasGupta, award winning brand strategist and TEDx speaker, will guide us inward with a provocative keynote on rediscovering the authentic voice that fuels our work. Through the Return to Centre Rule, she will challenge us to shed performance pressure, reconnect with our original spark, and use joy as a strategic act of resilience and influence.
Together, these sessions offer a rare blend of strategic insight and personal reflection, helping you see the evolving learning landscape more clearly while strengthening the leadership presence you bring to it. We will close the evening with guided table conversations and our annual May social, giving you space to connect with peers navigating similar challenges and aspirations.
